COVID Precautions

Unfortunately, the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is something we all have to take into account and consider very seriously for our event. We have taken the following measures to ensure our event, and our loved guests, stay safe and healthy... -Cutting our guest list down significantly. For transparency, we're expecting around X guests and will be erring on the side of caution as we keep an eye on state guidelines as we get closer to the date. -Our venue can fit up to 300 people under the tent. We'll be significantly under-capacity and have plenty of outdoor, and under the tent, space to spread out in. -Guests will be seated with others in their circle or geographic area, with extra space accounted for in between tables -All vendors will be masked. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to do so, although we will not be asking the wedding parties to do so. -Wedding party will be asked to get tested both before and after the event. -Hand sanitizer will be available at all tables -Catering will be served in passed-appetizer and serving station format. We're all at different levels of comfort with the ongoing situation and understand completely if you should choose to not attend due to the pandemic. We're hoping to set up a virtual viewing of the ceremony available for those not able to attend.

##Holiday Hill Day Camp & Retreat Center To find Holiday Hill, the location of our ceremony and reception, follow the GPS directions to the address 41 Chaffeeville Road. Pull into the first driveway next to the business sign (you will see their mailboxes and paper tubes located next to this driveway). Go up the driveway and bear right. You will see a sign for the camp office. Park in that smaller parking lot near the office, and the venue host, Dudley, will be waiting for you in the camp office.
