Originally built as part of Oneida Mill in 1934, this beautiful warehouse is the perfect blend of historic and modern! Located in Downton Graham, just 30 minutes from Durham, Chapel Hill and Greensboro and less than an hour from Raleigh and Winston Salem, The Graham Mill has been carefully renovated in 2019 by a team of industry experts and wedding planning extra ordinaires who can't wait to share this unique space with you for your special day!
Venue Rental Policies
- Event End Time: 11 pm
- Alcohol: All clients who serve alcohol are required to hire a licensed and insured bartender. You may purchase your own alcohol but self-serve at large events is illegal in North Carolina.
- Venue Access: Venue rental is from 12pm-11pm and pricing varies by day of week and season. Inquire for more information.
- Day of Coordinator: All clients are required to hire a professional day-of coordinator (see add-on option). (avg $1,500-2,500)
- Outside Vendors: Clients are required to select vendors from off of our preferred vendors list (over 150 vendors!). Inquire for the list!
- Event Insurance: All clients are required to purchase day-of event insurance from their homeowners' insurance, or online through Progressive or Event Helper. ($80-200)
- Table Linens: Table linens are required for our tables. We can provide a recommended vendor. (avg $16.50/tble)
