• Electrical PowerAccess to electrical outlets throughout the Garden. (Supported guest count: 150)

• Event Pavilion660 sq. ft. great room with projector screen and two recessed work areas with counter tops (one with double sink). Includes full heating and cooling, multi-stall restrooms, and bridal changing room inside women's restroom. ADA Compliant, including kitchen and restrooms. Access to the pavilion the day before your wedding from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM to decorate, set-up, or leave items as needed. The building will be locked at 5:00 PM.

• KitchenGalley-style kitchen inside pavilion (includes electric range and stove, sinks, and refrigerator).

• Parking16 parking spots as well as 2 handicapped parking spots in the pavilion visitor lot. There are other campus parking lots within walking distance to the Hahn Garden. Parking passes are not required on the weekends. Many local hotels offer shuttle specials if you are having a large number of guests. (Supported guest count: 150)

• RestroomsMulti-stall restrooms inside pavilion. ADA accessible. (Supported guest count: 150)

• Tables6ft rectangular banquet tables (for use on paved surfaces only; six cocktail tables. (Quantity available: 10, Supported guest count: 80)

• TerraceAdjacent to pavilion. Includes 3 round teak patio tables with 4 chairs per table. Terrace can fit a 20x20 or a 20x30 tent (tent not included with rental).

• Venue RepresentativeVenue representative available on-site or on-call for the duration of your rental period to assist vendors or guests with venue related questions. Representative also files necessary documentation with Virginia Tech to support your event. Representative does not serve as day of coordinator.
