You can use our Laurel House (5000 sqft. Brides Apartment and Groom's Rooms/Gathering Area), North Barn (3672 sqft.), five different fields or 30 acre forest.
Located a half hour from Hartford and just over an hour from Boston & Providence
With sprawling orchards, a picturesque forest and a calming pond, you’ll enjoy our setting for "Your Wedding, Your Way".

Families have entrusted us with Weddings and events ranging from “Do-it-yourself” picnics to High Visibility Sit-down catered receptions, since 2003. Here you get a custom-tailored experience based on your vision, your budget, and the locations on the farm you select. We can support events that range from 2 to 300 people.
There are multiple areas available for the different functions you may require. Each in a different spot, never repeating, or all at the same time. Previously used examples include: “Jack and Jill” (Bonfire Picnic Area), Engagement photos (the orchards), Rehearsal Dinner (North Lawn), a “Day of” family breakfast (Apartment and Lawn), Welcome Snacks and Refreshments (Maple Lawn), Ceremony (Pond), Wedding Photos (forest), Reception (North Field), “Day After” Brunch or BBQ (Apartment and Lawn). The combinations are almost endless.
Our VRBO/ Expedia listed apartment is included for you. Normally this is requested for the nights before and of the event. Our Vacation Rental is a 1300 square foot ground level apartment with amazing views, large rooms, and outstanding amenities. The lawns are steps from the front door and all handicap accessible. There are BBQ grills, firepit, and lawn furniture.
Our normal event “rental time” is not the 4-hour block which most venues allow. The rental check-in, for both the apartment and the event areas is tailored to your needs. The rental time is entirely yours for setup, any functions for your event(s), and clean-up.
We can refer you to local vendors who want to ensure your event is near perfection. These services and rentals can be obtained by you or we can do the contracting.
We invite you, your friends and family to visit the farm and admire the locations. Please see our reviews on VRBO/Expedia before you visit. When here, you will realize you are only limited by your imagination. It’s your event, you should have it your way.

The "Laurel House" is a 5000 square foot facility which is home to the "Apartment", "Gathering Area", and Main Commercial Kitchen.
Adjacent is a spacious lawn and patio area with a gazebo
"Apartment": Spacious 1300 square foot apartment. Full applianced kitchen and laundry. Handicap accessible. 1. Main Bedroom: one queen bed. 2. Second Bedroom: two full beds. 3. Livingroom: Queen size sofa sleeper

"Gathering Area": AVAILABLE AFTER 30 DEC 2020. Large 2600+ square foot area with two ADA compliant restrooms, one with a Wheelchair "Roll-in" shower. Casual Sleeping, Groom's or Bride's Preparation area, Small to Medium sized functions (Rehearsal Dinner, Morning after Brunch, ??), Bar and Kitchenette.

Venue Rental Policies

  • Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors in designated areas only.
  • Open Flame Policy: Candles in enclosed glass tip-proof containers.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome.
  • Decorations: With written approval by the owner
  • Fireworks: Per State Fire Regulations.
  • Noise: No amplified music after 11pm.
  • After Parties: Considered upon request for couples with on-site overnight rentals. Acoustic music only.
